Hot Water Leak Caused Mold Growth

The before picture shows the hot water heater area. The homeowners started seeing mold on some cabinets by the hot water heater area. Once we got there we all found out how far the mold had actually spread. The laundry/mud room and part of the kitchen were affected in addition to the hot water heater room. The after photo shows the hot water heater room and mud/laundry room in the back after the remediation was completed. All dry wall and flooring was removed and the mold was cleaned out. The homeowner was very pleased with the thorough work and appreciated the honesty about how far the mold had spread.
