Gum Dried Into Carpet

The before photo shows dried chewing gum stuck in some carpet fibers. A homeowner was getting ready to sell and noticed this gum on her brand new carpet. She didn't know what to do or how to get it out without destroying the new carpet. The after photo shows the same carpet after we used our SERVPRO Gum Remover. The homeowner was amazed at the great results and there are no lasting effects on the carpet! We ended up cleaning her carpet in the rest of the house because she was so happy with our service on the new carpet.
