Bathroom Before & After Fire Smoke Damage

Cleanup after a fire can sometimes involve replacing items, but SERVPRO® of Auburn/Rocklin also works to clean and restore items, keeping insurance claims lower. The before photo shows a bathroom that had been affected by smoke and soot. We were able to clean and restore the toilet and sink instead of replacing them. The after photo shows the same bathroom once a fresh coat of paint was put on. The owners saw the silver lining in the disastrous situation and took this opportunity to buy a new trash can and cabinet for under the sink. They love their new simpler bathroom.
