Wind Damage During A Storm

The before photo shows exactly what can happen when heavy wind blows hard objects into glass. Our client was in the middle of moving when a huge wind storm hit. Luckily no one was home when this happened but as you can see the sliding glass door was shattered. SERVPRO of Auburn/Rocklin came out within a few hours of being called. The after photo shows the same sliding door once we boarded up the affected area to prevent further damage. Our client was shocked and surprised to learn just how far the glass shards had traveled. Imagine the continued damage had the door not been boarded up allowing the wind to blow more glass around the house.
